We stayed at this wonderful property with my parents a 2
children aged 1 and 4.
The beautifully appointed house had everything we needed for all
the family. Cots, nice quality high chair, books games,etc.
Everything had been thought of. The setting is amazing with
panoramic views and lovely
clean large swimming pool which we had to ourselves during our
stay.
Although it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere
there are great restaurants, a good supermarket, bakers and
chemist nearby.
The photos do not really do justice to the house it was much
larger than we expected and was incredibly good value.
They have a good website. I would highly recommend the property

Wehad a fabulous week in this
beautiful French farmhouse. It is far bigger than we imagined
with the most beautiful views
across the French countryside. The house is clean and well
equipped,
making it feel like a home from
home .....travellling with young children meant that we were
extreemly pleased to have access to a dishwasher, washing
machine and a plentitude of games (indoors and out)
We were amazed at how easy it was
to keep the house cool in hot temps, so everyone had a good
nights sleep
and could keep cool during the
day (not always easy in rural France)
The pool another wow factor was
just wonderful and pristine.
The alarm on the pool was a great
reassurance for us too as we had a non swimmer in our group.
This peaceful location made for a
very relaxing stay, yet we were still in a great position
for easily accessing supermarket,
local towns, restaurants and outdoor activities

We spent a fantastic week
in this lovely house earlier this Summer. We were a group of five
adults (inc two couples) and two little girls
and we were pleasantly
surprised at the amount of space available. All the bedrooms are a
good size and very tastefully decorated.
The master bedroom is
fabulous. The house is very well equipped for a holiday with small
children with everything you need including
their own small table and
chairs. What really makes this holiday home stand out though is its
stunning location.
It's right in the middle of the beautiful charente
countryside. Fantastic views. Very safe and quiet - the girls rode
their bikes a
nd scooted up the lane. At night we sat out drinking red
and watching the many shooting stars. So quiet and relaxing.
The house
has a fab swimming pool, which we had pretty much all to ourselves.
The girls had a great time with their inflatables.
We spent lots of
time here. The house is up a lane from a farm and we met the lovely
Jeanne the farmer's wife.
The girls loved playing with her dogs and
she was very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations
for things
to do and places to eat in the area. Was a real pleasure to meet her.
The area is fantastic.
Aubeterre is one of the prettiest places I've
ever been. You must visit the monolithic church, eat on the square and
have a swim at the river beach. You can have a round of golf and a
game of tennis at manoir de Longeveu and then a
nice glass of wine
while the kids run around and play in the small park. We also love Le
Jemaye lake, great beach,
safe swimming, large park and lovely walks.
All in all an amazing holiday. Thanks for sharing your lovely holiday

Absolutely stunning holiday property. We rented this
house for 4 couples, two of which had babies. The location is
breathtaking and
surrounding countryside idealic. The house itself
couldnt be more accomodating! It is beautifully decorated and caters
for everyone,
from baby equipment to adult drinking games. Couldnt
fault the house at all :) one suggestion to make stay truelly perfect
would
be provide guests with the basics like tea and coffee when they
arrive as you truelly are isolated if arriving late :)
But other than
that spot on. Will definately be returning. Lee-Ann

time we had in
yourbeautiful farmhouse, its rural location is idyllic
and peaceful, together with the lovely
pool it is certainly a
recipe for a relaxing holiday.Compliments to you on the farmhouse,

was beautifully done
and we would'nt have changed a thing, everything was perfect.
