RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     
             
     

APARTMENT RENTAL PRICE: The price quoted is for one weeks booking for 4 persons sharing. (Saturday to Saturday)  It includes linen,  weekly clean,  water,  parking, electricity (unless specified), use of grounds, and swimming pools .

A charge of £25 is made for  extra persons.

(special prices for 2 sharing outside the high season)

A charge of £25 is made for bookings on other week days

Any special offers include  all the above with end of stay clean only.

Long term rentals will have separate terms and conditions applied

 

CHECK IN/OUT: The check in time is 4pm and check out on the day of departure is 10am. Where possible we can arrange

early arrivals or late departures for a charge of £25 

 

DEPOSIT: A deposit payment of £150 per week is required to secure your booking. To be paid by sterling cheque or bank transfer.

 

FULL PAYMENT: Final payment is to be received 6 weeks before your holiday commences.

Any bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday must be paid in full. To be paid for by sterling cheque or bank transfer.

No keys will be released until full payment is received.

 

SECURITY/KEY DEPOSIT: A refundable security and key deposit of £150 is required to be paid with your final payment.

This will be returned to you once the apartment has been checked by our management agents and found to be in good order and the keys have been received by us.

£50 is charged per lost key or set of keys, any expense incurred to gain entry to the apartment are to be paid by the client.

More then 3 hours  cleaning is charged at £15 per hour

 

CANCELLATIONS:  If you have to cancel your booking it will be subject to the following scale of charges in line with major travel companies. We will endeavour to re-let your booking (to suitable clients) and return to you any monies received minus a £20 administration  charge.

      Please note it is stongly advised that you have sufficient travel insurance which covers any situations which  are not  the fault of the owner .Currently AVIVA

will cover up to £5000 for disruption caused by the Ash cloud if you pay a £5 premium on your holiday insurance.
