property is so lovely the area is amazing and
the views i would 100 percent recommend its
property and place to anyone. The Communication
with the owner and manager is so easy and spot
on. Made the stay easier and information about
the area and whats around and best place. Its
amazing i will be stay there again in future.

Fabulous apartment, exactly as described and
pictured and given such a warm welcome on
arrival.
Loved our stay. We had everything we needed
included coffee machine. Bright, modern and
tastefully decorated with beautiful big
balconies with lovely views.

Nuestra semana de vacaciones familiares
en Marbella ha sido maravillosa y muy
relajante, en gran medida gracias al
hermoso apartamento de Caroline y
William. Espacioso, limpio, con una
cocina bien equipada, decorada con gusto
y con extras como libros, música y
juegos, que han hecho nuestra estancia
más agradable, si es posible. La
urbanización es hermosa, con hermosos
jardines y maravillosas piscinas. Ha
sido un placer hablar con Caroline.
Incluso desde una distancia, la
comunicación ha sido muy fluida y rápida,
siempre amistosa y ansiosa para resolver
cualquier pregunta que hayamos tenido. ¡Gracias!

Our week-long family holiday in Marbella has
been wonderful and very relaxing, largely
thanks to Caroline and William's beautiful
apartment. Spacious, clean, with a
well-equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated
and with extras such as books, music and
games, which have made our stay more
pleasant, if possible. The urbanization is
beautiful, with beautiful gardens and
wonderful swimming pools. Talking to
Caroline has been a pleasure. Even from a
distance, communication has been very fluid
and fast, always friendly and eager to
resolve any questions we have had. Thank
you! We will definitely repeat!

La situation, la sécurisation du site, et le
logement d'une très haute qualité. Le séjour a
été très agréable, l’accueil a été parfait,
l’appartement est très confortable, une jolie
terrasse permet de prendre le soleil dans la
journée. L’appartement est très propre. Encore
merci au propriétaire Caroline et William des
lieux pour tout! Definitely we will come back

Staircase to a bit of heaven
Picture perfect. We stayed here for nearly two
months enjoying the beautiful weather and
spectacular vistas from the terrace. The nearby
amenities include several excellent restaurants
right next to the gated complex, as well as a
small supermarket and an organic food store
within easy walking distance. We even found a
walk-in veterinary clinic for our little dog
when he needed additional shots required by the
kennel where we left him while travelling to
other parts of Andalusia. The apartment is fully
equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The
complex is very secure and beautifully
maintained. The owners and the property manager
were accessible and attentive. During our last
two weeks of our stay the country was under
lockdown for COVID-19 and we were fortunate to
have been isolated in this splendid and safe
location. The owners were super accommodating
and the manager was extremely helpful in
responding to our needs. If there is one thing
you should be aware of is that you will need to
be quite fit to navigate the many stairs that
lead into the complex. You will get a daily
workout, which we did enjoy, but it might not be
for everyone! Overall, a perfect experience in
the midst of a chaotic world event.

The apartment was superb and probably
the best position within the complex for views and
sunshine. Some 30+ bars and high quality restaurants
within walking distance. Have been to many
apartments in and around Marbella and Puerto Banus
and this is by far the best

Beautiful apartment with an amazing sun terrace.
Owners communicated well throughout & are very
helpful with any queries you my have, before &
during your stay. A lovely complex, that's not
too big & has top class bars & restaurants
around the outside. Ideally located, with a
short taxi ring to the centre of Puerto Banus. A
big thumbs up!

The apartment is in one of the best
positions in the complex, occupying a corner
location facing south with open views to the west,
perfect for making the most of the winter sunshine!
Extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable with
everything needed for an extended home from home
holiday break. The complex was very well
maintained and secure and there was a dedicated
parking space conveniently located by the lift.
The apartment is located within
walking distance of a variety of restaurants, within
a five minute drive to a number of supermarkets, and
the beach a further five minutes away. Lovely
walks by the sea along the Paseo Maritimo with
plenty of stops for coffee or lunch along the way.
Caroline and William provide a comprehensive range
of information about the surrounding area,
additional places to visit and local restaurant
suggestions. We had a most enjoyable stay and
have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.”

stunning complex.
Very
spacious and clean apartment with lovely
balcony. Great complex with lovely pool area and
great security. Would definitely return!

Excellent! Best apartment on the complex!
Perfect property, probably the best
apartment on the complex! It is more like a house as
it is laid out across three floors including a large
roof terrace. Amazing views from the terrace and the
balcony. As this is the corner plot, the apartment
benefits from panoramic views and more privacy than
other apartments, you can see the pool and gardens
from the balcony. The property was very well
maintained with everything you needed and more to
have a great stay. The owners and managers were
excellent at communicating and answering any
questions quickly before the visit. The property
manager even brought the key to us in a restaurant
as we were initially early on arrival and he offered
to do this, amazing customer service! You can't go
wrong in Marbella - so much to see and do. Even on
the doorstep of this apartment are plenty of
restaurants and supermarkets and a taxi rank outside
so you can easily go anywhere! 5Euro to Mistral
Beach or Puerto Banus. If you bring a hire car there
is also secure underground parking at the complex.
The complex is also very secure with strict security
gates and a presence of security 24 hours. We loved
this apartment so much that I am already planning
another visit later in the year - I highly recommend
it!

Home from home
Absolutely gorgeous apartment
equipped with everything you need, very spacious and
clean. We had a fabulous time. Location of the
apartment is great, about a 20 minute walk into
Peurto Banus with plenty of restaurants and shops.
It is so homely with a vast array of home comforts.
We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. Truly beautiful
gardens and well maintained. Swimming pools in the
complex including a toddler pool all very well kept.
The local supermarket mercadona was very good. Quiet
location. Owners very helpful. Highly recommended.
We had a great family holiday ( 2 adults, 2 children
aged 1 and 3 ) and will definitely be back.

really excellent apartment
We have stayed in this area several
times, this is the best apartment we have stayed in.
Everything we could possibly need was provided. the
apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with
everything beautifully clean and well maintained.
The 2 bathrooms are a nice size with baths and
showers. The location is perfect for us near all
amenities yet very quiet with lovely gardens and
pool. Caroline and William provided us with lots of
help and information which would be very helpful to
newcomers to the area. The arrival instructions were
excellent. The booking process was quick and
efficient with all our questions answered promptly.
There are very reasonably priced and good cafes near
the supermarket. We will be back so thank you
Caroline and William for making us feel so at home
